N° 01Two specialties

Two specialties. One beautiful journey.

Istanbul lives on two shores and is still one city. Veraks Health brings dentistry and hair restoration together in the same way: two disciplines, one standard of planning and care.

N° 02About Veraks

Beautiful experiences begin with thoughtful care.

Veraks Health was created for people who want to make a considered change — to a smile, a hairline, a sense of how they meet the world — and who want to understand every step before taking it.

From a quiet clinic in Beylikdüzü, on Istanbul’s Marmara shore, we plan dental and hair treatments with the same care: listening first, assessing properly and explaining clearly. We would rather recommend less, and have you trust the plan, than promise more than a body can give.

N° 04Why Veraks Health

Principles you can hold us to.

No league tables, no borrowed badges. Just the way we work, written down so you can check it against your own experience.

  1. 01

    Individualised planning

Plans are shaped by an examination, imaging where needed and an honest conversation — not by a package. Two people asking for the same treatment may receive different advice.

  2. 02

    A coordinated care journey

Dental and hair appointments are sequenced together when that is sensible, and kept separate when it is kinder to your recovery.

  3. 03

    Clear patient communication

You will know what is proposed, why, what it involves, what it may cost and what the alternatives are — before you decide.

  4. 04

    Modern treatment approaches

Digital scanning, 3D imaging and careful planning tools support clinical judgement. They never replace it.

  5. 05

    International patient support

Practical guidance on timing, travel and staying near the clinic, so your visit feels organised rather than rushed.

  6. 06

    Attention to comfort and detail

Unhurried appointments, time to ask questions and a calm setting — small things that make treatment easier to go through.

N° 05Before & After

See what a plan sets out to change.

Drag the divider to compare. These are planning visualisations drawn by our team to show what a treatment addresses — not patient photographs, and not a promised outcome.

BeforePlanned

Edges, length and proportion

Chipped, uneven front teeth with mixed shades. A digital preview and trial smile first; then conservative veneers on the visible teeth that need them.

Dental Veneers
BeforePlanned

A gap, replaced from the root

One missing upper tooth. 3D imaging to assess bone, an implant placed and allowed to heal, then a crown matched to the neighbouring teeth.

Dental Implants

Individual results vary. Every outcome depends on your anatomy, health and the plan agreed with your clinician.

N° 07Patient story · Hair restoration

A hairline built for the long term

“The most useful conversation was about what my hair might do in fifteen years, not next summer.”

A composite journey written to show how planning typically unfolds. It does not describe a specific patient, and individual results and timelines vary.

N° 08Patient voices

The questions patients ask us first.

Before anyone travels, they ask. These are the questions we hear most — and how we answer them.

Reviews & feedback
DentalNatural-looking results

“I’m worried veneers will make my teeth look too big or too white. How do you avoid that?”

Shape, length and shade are planned around your face, lips and remaining natural teeth. A digital preview or trial smile can let you see the proposed design before anything is permanent, and you can ask for changes. Many patients prefer a softer, more natural shade, and your clinician can advise what suits you.

DentalConsidering alternatives

“Do I really need veneers, or could something simpler fix what bothers me?”

Sometimes a more conservative option is appropriate. Whitening, composite bonding or minor reshaping may address certain concerns, while veneers or crowns suit others. Your clinician will explain the realistic options for your teeth, including their trade-offs, so you can choose with a clear understanding of each.

DentalTooth preparation

“How much of my own tooth will be removed, and can it be undone?”

It varies with your teeth and the type of restoration. Veneers often need a thin layer of enamel reshaped, which is generally considered irreversible because enamel does not regrow. Your clinician will explain how much preparation your plan involves and why, before you agree to anything.

DentalFeeling at ease

“I’ve had a bad experience at the dentist before. Will someone explain each step to me?”

Yes. Let us know about any anxiety when you first get in touch. Your clinician can talk you through what will happen before each step, agree a signal if you need a pause, and discuss options for local anaesthetic and comfort. You are welcome to ask questions at any point.

HairHairline design

“Will my hairline look natural, or obviously like a transplant?”

A natural look depends on careful hairline design, appropriate graft angles and a soft, slightly irregular front edge. Your clinician considers your facial proportions, age and likely future hair loss when drawing the proposed line, and will discuss it with you before the procedure. Results still vary between individuals.

HairDonor area

“How do I know if I have enough donor hair for what I want?”

Your clinician assesses the density, calibre and condition of your donor area, first from photographs and then in person. This determines how many grafts can be taken safely, now and in future. Sometimes expectations need adjusting, and your clinician will explain what is realistic for your scalp.

HairChoosing a technique

“What’s the real difference between FUE and DHI for someone like me?”

Both involve extracting individual follicular units. FUE places grafts into pre-made channels; DHI inserts them directly with an implanter pen. The choice may depend on the area treated, density planned and whether you would prefer to avoid shaving. Your clinician can explain which suits your hair and goals.

HairTiming

“My hair is still thinning. Is it too early for a transplant?”

It may be, depending on your age and how quickly your hair loss is progressing. A transplant does not stop future thinning of native hair, so planning must allow for change. Your clinician may suggest waiting, or discussing supportive options with a doctor, before deciding on surgery.

Travel & planningPlanning your trip

“How long will I need to stay in Istanbul, and should I book flights now?”

That depends on your treatment plan, which is confirmed after your clinician reviews your information. We suggest waiting until appointment dates have been proposed, booking flexible travel where possible, and leaving a spare day at the end in case your clinician would like to see you again before you fly.

Travel & planningSupport after treatment

“What happens if something doesn’t feel right once I’m back home?”

You will leave with written aftercare instructions and clear contact details. Many concerns can be reviewed remotely using photographs. Your clinician can advise whether something is expected, whether it can be managed by a local dentist or doctor, or whether further care is needed. Seek urgent help locally if you feel unwell.

Travel & planningCombining care

“Can I sort out my teeth and my hair during the same trip?”

Sometimes. It depends on the procedures involved, how long each takes and how you would like to recover. Mention both interests early so the relevant clinicians can review your information and advise whether a combined schedule is sensible, or whether separate visits would be more comfortable.

Travel & planningUnderstanding your quote

“How is my quote put together, and could it change after I arrive?”

Your quote reflects the treatment proposed after your clinician reviews your photographs and any scans. An in-person examination can reveal details photos cannot show, so the plan may be refined when you arrive. Any change is explained before treatment begins, and you can take time to decide.

N° 09The Istanbul experience

A city of two shores, a calm place to recover.

Our clinic is in Beylikdüzü, on the European side, close to the Marmara coast — away from the busiest districts, yet within reach of the city’s ferries, markets and tea gardens.

  • Arriving

Istanbul Airport and Sabiha Gökçen both serve the city. We will help you judge which suits your appointment times.

  • Staying nearby

General guidance on areas close to the clinic, so short recovery days stay simple.

  • Planning your days

Appointments are scheduled with rest in mind, and a spare day before you fly home.

  • Between appointments

Quiet suggestions — seaside walks, the Bosphorus by ferry — that fit gently around treatment.

N° 10Methods

Technique in service of judgement.

The methods behind our most-asked-about treatments, explained without the jargon.

Photographs, an intraoral scan and facial proportions come together into a proposed design. A digital preview — and often a trial smile — lets you see the direction before anything is permanent.

Learn more about Digital Smile Planning

Cone-beam 3D imaging shows bone volume and nearby anatomy, so implants can be positioned around the tooth they will support. Where bone is limited, grafting or alternatives are discussed first.

Learn more about Implant Dentistry

Follicular units are extracted one by one; fine sapphire blades are used to open the recipient channels. The hairline is drawn with your age, face and likely future loss in mind.

Learn more about Sapphire FUE

Grafts are placed directly with an implanter pen, which can suit dense packing between existing hair or a partly unshaven approach. It is one option among several, not a universal answer.

N° 11Our clinical approach

Our clinical approach

Good treatment begins long before the first appointment. It begins with an assessment that is honest about what is possible, a plan built around one person rather than a package, and the professional judgement to recommend less when less is right.

Assessment
An examination, imaging where it is needed, and your medical history reviewed properly.
Planning
A written, individual plan with alternatives — including doing less, or nothing yet.
Judgement
Clinicians decide what is advisable; technology supports that decision, never the other way round.
Expectations
Realistic timelines, recovery and limits, explained before you agree to anything.

N° 13Questions

Answers, plainly put.

The questions we hear most often. Your own clinician will always give advice specific to you.

Still wondering about something?

Message us — a real person replies, and there is no obligation.

Most concerns can be approached in more than one way. A discoloured smile might respond to whitening, bonding or veneers; thinning hair might be managed medically, with FUE or with DHI. The right choice depends on your anatomy, health, priorities and how much change you would like. Your clinician will explain the realistic options, including their limitations and alternatives, so you can make a decision that feels right for you.

Two people with similar concerns can need quite different treatment. Your teeth, gums, bite, scalp, donor area, medical history and expectations all shape what is appropriate. A personalised evaluation — first remotely, then in person — lets your clinician recommend a plan built around you rather than a standard formula. It also gives you a chance to ask questions and understand the reasoning before you commit.

Start by sharing your photographs and goals so a clinician can review them. Once a plan is proposed, your coordinator can suggest appointment dates and explain how many days you may need. We suggest booking flexible travel, staying reasonably close to the clinic in Beylikdüzü, and leaving a little spare time at the end of your trip in case your clinician would like to see you again.

After reviewing your photographs, X-rays or scalp images, your clinician proposes a treatment approach and your coordinator prepares a written quote describing each stage. Because an in-person examination can reveal details that photographs miss, the plan and quote may be refined when you arrive. Any changes are explained before treatment begins, and you are free to take time to consider them.

Every treatment carries some risk. Dental work can involve sensitivity, gum irritation or the need for later repairs; hair restoration can involve swelling, temporary shedding and variable growth. Results are also limited by your natural anatomy and, for hair, by future hair loss. Your clinician will discuss the risks relevant to your plan openly, along with alternatives, so your expectations are realistic.

You will receive written aftercare instructions specific to your procedure and clear ways to contact us once you are home. Many questions can be answered remotely using photographs. For dental patients, ongoing check-ups with a local dentist remain important. For hair patients, progress over the following months can be reviewed through photos, and your clinician can advise if anything needs attention.

Sometimes, but not always. Combining them can make sense for some patients, while others recover more comfortably when the treatments are separated. It depends on the procedures involved, how long each takes, and your health and travel plans. Mention both interests when you get in touch, and the relevant clinicians can advise whether a combined schedule is sensible for you.

Your next chapter starts with a conversation.

Tell us what you’re hoping for. A clinician reviews your photos, explains the options honestly and prepares a written plan — with no obligation to go ahead.
